Currently shipping continental United States Of America only. Alaska and Hawaii see International Orders.

All orders received by Stjern Corporation will be shipped within 48 hours based on availability of the item, except weekends and holidays.

All orders will be shipped FedEx ground if possible.

FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address.

We ask that you please allow 3-7 days for shipping.

If you do not receive your item within 7 working days, please let us know immediately so we can trace it.

We do not offer expedited shipping options.

Stjern Corporation is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

We will not re-ship any orders damaged or lost in transit until FedEx accepts the liability and forwards a payment order.

We are not responsible for delays in customs.

We also charge a $10.00 non-refundable handling fee on all international orders.
