Warranty:


Stjern Corporation will directly warrant any product found defective due to workmanship of product within the first 30 days.

Returns:


We want your shopping experience with Stjern Corporation to be a pleasant one. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full credit, less shipping. E-mail or call our Customer Service Center at sales@defendatrack.com or 1-509-467-4190. Stjern Corporation will not issue a credit without a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) issued in advance of the return, and:


• The product is returned in the original UNDAMAGED package

• The product has not been used

• The product is returned within 30 days of receipt

 


Please be sure to include with your return the following information:


    * Your name

    * Address

    * Phone number and e-mail address

    * Order #

    * Reason for return


There are NO RETURNS after 30 days.

 

• Shipping charges will not be reimbursed unless the return was due to an error on our part.

• If the product was damaged in transit to you we must be notified immediately (within 24hours).


Return Address: (For expediting your return, please place a label with your return address on the outside of the package).


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- You are responsible for return shipping charges regardless of the reason for return.
